Keto Made Easy

Hey Keto Darlings, So, today is the day I start making my meals for the week. I usually prep for 7 days (Monday through Sunday-breakfast, lunch, and dinner). 3 meals a day equal 21 meals. She told me that if I didn't lose weight, I would be at risk for diabetes and other health issues. As someone who already had heart issues and high blood pressure, I knew this was serious. Besides, I have a daughter who needs her mom. So, I had a friend who was a fitness guru and she jumpstarted my weight loss and exercise journey.  By January 2019, I had lost 20 lbs. It was slow, but I was proud of myself. Then, my bestie told me about the Ketogenic diet. I was skeptical at first, but did the research and saw the results of oth...
